Delete your Repit account
You can delete your Repit account at any time. This page explains how to do it in the app, what is removed, what we have to keep, and how to ask us to delete your account if you cannot sign in.
Delete your account in the app
If you train with Repit, you can delete your account yourself from the Repit app on iPhone or Android.
- Open the Repit app and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture in the top left of the Home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Yes, delete my account.
The app asks you to confirm because deleting your account cannot be undone. There is no separate settings screen; the delete button is at the bottom of your own profile.
If you coach on Repit
Coach accounts can request full-account deletion from web Settings. Repit support verifies organisation ownership, billing context, and connected providers before processing the request.
Use Request account deletion in web Settings to start an email to support, or email us at support@repit.coach and we will verify and handle the deletion with you.
Provider subscriptions and connections are checked before permanent database cleanup, and team ownership must be transferred where required.
Ask us to delete your account
You do not need to sign in to request deletion. If you have lost access to the app, changed phone, or have a coach account, email support@repit.coach and ask us to delete your account.
Please send the request from the email address on your account and tell us:
- The email address you use to sign in to Repit.
- Whether you use Repit as an athlete, as a coach, or both.
We may ask you one or two questions to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything. We act on deletion requests without undue delay and reply by email once your account has been deleted.
What is deleted
When deletion is complete, your personal information is removed and the deleted account can no longer be used. Repit verifies database, authentication, storage, billing, and connected-provider outcomes before confirming completion. If a request cannot be completed safely, we keep it open and contact you rather than claiming it is finished.

What is kept, and why
Financial, purchase, ledger, session-credit, and purchased-program records are retained. That includes package purchases, subscription records, payment ledger entries, session credit balances and their history, and training programmes you bought.
We keep these because we have legal, tax, and accounting obligations that we cannot meet if a purchase record disappears on request. They stay attached to your closed account, which is disabled and cannot be signed in to. They are not used to contact you and they are not used to serve you the product.
These records are scheduled for disposal in a later stage of our account lifecycle work. We do not publish a fixed retention period here yet, because the durations are still being reviewed and we would rather say nothing than publish a number we might change. If you need to know what applies to a specific record on your account, email support@repit.coach and we will tell you.
When deletion takes effect
For athlete accounts, the in-app deletion flow reports when its database cleanup has finished. Coach and emailed requests require support review because they can involve organisations, billing, and connected providers.
We will tell you when a support-led deletion is complete. A device may briefly still look signed in while an already-issued session token expires after account closure.
Deleting your Repit account does not cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. If you have one, cancel it in your Apple account settings or in Google Play, otherwise it will keep renewing.
