ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN

A practical feature review
Who it helps
Performance coaches and organisations reviewing a season-led planning approach.
How to evaluate it
Map a representative season and compare the current phase, event, and weekly-detail views.
What the coach sees
Review the current annual-plan, squad, assignment, and change controls before rollout.
What the client sees
Confirm how assigned weekly work appears after an annual plan reaches a client.
Before you use it
Check current workspace limits and test a sample season before a live programme.
01 · Why we built it
The master plan deserved better than fourteen spreadsheet tabs.
Every serious coach has one: the season spreadsheet only they understand, floating somewhere above the actual programming and drifting out of date by week three. Strategy in one file, sessions in another, and nothing connecting the two.
The annual plan connects the two: the season view and the week-by-week programming are the same system.
02 · The blueprint
A bigger promise needs a clearer plan.
See the whole macro-cycle — off-season build to competitive peak — on one screen.
Map phases, blocks, competitions, and testing days on one season timeline.

03 · Deployment
From season plan to squad delivery.
Assign the plan to a squad and each athlete gets their sessions through the app.
Programmes can set loads as a percentage of each client's one-rep max, and Repit calculates the working weight.
