How long does it take to build a training plan in Repit?
Most coaches build a full 4–12 week programme in under 10 minutes. You pick a template block (hypertrophy, strength, peaking, or a custom shape), drop exercises from the 1,800-exercise library, and the engine applies progressive overload across the remaining weeks. A week you build once can be duplicated across the rest of the block with one click, then tweaked where it matters.
Can I reuse a plan across multiple clients?
Yes. Every block you build becomes a reusable template. You can apply a 12-week hypertrophy or peaking block to any client on any date range, then adjust the sessions where the client needs something specific. This is the core of how coaches move from 20 clients to 50+ without doubling their programming hours.
Do I need to enter every week manually?
No. Repit’s progressive overload templates generate full cycles from a small set of parameters: training split, sessions per week, phase names, and target movements. Build the first week and duplicate it across the block, or start from a template and edit downstream. Editing the master week cascades changes to every session that followed it.
How big is the exercise library?

What happens when I change a session in the middle of a block?
Editing a single session only changes that session. Editing the master week cascades to every downstream week in the block, so progressive overload stays coherent. Bulk changes show a preview of what will be affected before they apply. If a client has already completed a session, their history is preserved.
Does the plan builder work on mobile?
The plan builder is a desktop-first tool — drag-and-drop across a calendar and spreadsheet-style editing are significantly faster with a trackpad or mouse. Your clients complete their workouts in the Repit mobile app on iOS and Android. All plan changes sync instantly.
